Here, the client had some existing print collateral for which they wanted the design style carried across to a Weebly website.

The ultimate aim was to allow Miss B’s Tarot to manage and update their website without any outside assistance. Our task was to develop the over all look of the site, provide guidance as to what could and could not be done and to develop the majority of the site’s artwork.

A tight timeline was given and regular contact with Miss B was maintained in order to deliver in full and on time.

Certain constraints of the Weebly website were identified during the project. There was no FTP upload option. An inbuilt shopping cart was very restrictive and did not give the implied Paypal payment options. To address this, I custom coded a page and created specific payment buttons. I was unable to add mobile device icons due to the host site not allowing access to the root directory.

Towards the end of the project I was tasked with creating artwork for a newsletter and a page of vouchers suitable for printing and laminating.

Weebly

For this project an existing Weebly template was modified to show a custom background, custom banners and a new page style or two was added.

In addition, custom html was embedded to allow the client to utilise payment through Paypal as the web host did not have that as an inbuilt feature unless a costlier subscription was taken out.
